Our client, a leading international medical technology company, are providing a wonderful opportunity for a capable and dynamic Customer Service Representative / Order Processor with strong skills in SAP.

GENERAL
a) To provide a central point of contact for Customers, both internal and external.
b) Ensuring the highest standards of efficiency & professionalism are provided surpassing Customers expectations.
c) To provide accurate, timely sales order processing & adjustments through SAP.
d) To adopt a proactive approach to the control & traceability of inventory.
e) Work closely with the customer services department, sales team, credit control department and inventory department
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties / Responsibilities include;
· Answering phones
· Dealing with customer queries
· Inputting orders using SAP system
· Providing product information
· To check, clarify, process and respond to all orders received
· To ensure that all the details are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
· Liaise with the credit control team if there are any outstanding credit issues that need resolving before shipment of product
· Ensure all invoicing and shipping is accurate and investigate any invoice disputes that may arise
· To investigate and process requests to return stock
· To liaise with customers on any delivery, pricing, stock issues
· To investigate, authorise and action stock movements where appropriate
Person Specification (Skills / Knowledge / Experience)
* A good standard of general education, commercial awareness and professionalism
* Interest in the medical industry
* Computer literate with well developed keyboard skills and good knowledge of SAP, preferably in an order processing roll
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
* Methodical, accurate, good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
* Calm & focussed
* Positive, creative and enthusiastic
* Flexible & able to work on own initiative.
* A desire to provide excellent customer service.
* Strong background in a customer service field preferably in a sales & distribution environment.
